I am a mental health counselor that is licensed in both Florida and Georgia. I have been counseling for the past 20 years and during that time, I specialized in working with couples and adults. I began my journey as a counselor by providing services in the community. I was then able to transition to office-based services. I have been a Military and Family Life Counselor for the past ten years. I has worked on different installations across the country, and supported both deployment and reintegration events. Most recently, I have been providing individual and couples counseling through video and phone sessions.
I am very passionate about helping my clients build strong relationships and coping skills through counseling. Although I am certified in cognitive behavioral therapy, I will help you accomplish your therapy goals through a blend of therapeutic approaches including person-centered therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I believe that a blend of approaches will help to empower you and change the thinking/behaviors that are causing difficulties in your life. I strive to help you develop coping skills that will allow you to successfully maneuver life’s challenges.

I accept the following insurances, EAPs, and Foundation vouchers. Before we meet together, please double check with your insurance to receive your estimated copay amount. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept any Medicare/Medicaid plans.

Private Pay
We can also meet together via private pay at my current rate of $150 per session. I accept credit/debit, health savings account (HSA) cards, and flexible savings account (FSA) cards. If you have out-of-network benefits with your insurance, I'd be happy to complete documentation for you to be reimbursed for your payments.
