Tasha Hyppolite, LMHC

I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Bachelors in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. I have worked in many settings, including substance abuse and outpatient therapy centers. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy techniques into every session.

I believe that having a strong therapeutic relationship with you is one of the major keys to a successful journey in therapy. As your therapist, I'll collaborate with you to explore and challenge maladaptive patterns that interfere with you reaching your highest potential. I'll identify how your thoughts are connected to your feelings and behavior, while validating your feelings and empathetically responding. I will also work together with you to incorporate healthy coping skills that can be realistically used in your day to day life and identify a goal oriented approach in order to achieve your treatment plan. Remember, every story matters, but it starts with you telling yours.
