Craig Kramer, PsyD

I am a Licensed Psychologist in Florida. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University New England. I additionally earned a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the same institute. Prior to then, I earned a Master of Arts in General Psychology from Adelphi University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (with a minor in Philosophy) from Hunter College of the City University of New York (CUNY).

I have extensive testing/assessment experience with children/adolescents and adults with mood disorders, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, trauma, chronic illness, personality disorders, and psychosis. I have conducted testing in a variety of settings, such as residential treatment programs, outpatient hospitals, group private practices, and community mental health. I also have extensive experience conducting evaluations for the ChildNet/Dependency System, which include administering the following evaluations: Ability to Parent, Psychosexual, Substance Abuse, Attachment/Bonding, Psychoeducational, and Psychological. In this role, I have provided expert court testimony for the Dependency Division of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court.  Further, through my extensive coursework and clinical training, I have specialized training in providing psychotherapy to children/adolescents, adults, and families. I primarily work from a Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic perspective and am particularly interested in Contemporary Psychoanalysis.

In addition to my testing/assessment and psychotherapy experience, I also serve as an adjunct professor at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. Furthermore, I have taken an active role in advocating for people with disabilities, as a member of APA’s Committee on Disability Issues in Psychology (CDIP) and the Standing Committee for Disabilities for the National Council of Schools and Programs of Professional Psychology (NCSPP).
