Alexandra Jolly, LCSW

I graduated with my Master of Social Work degree, specializing in Children and Families, from Florida Atlantic University, in 2011, and my Bachelor in Psychology in 2007 from the same institution. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Florida. i have worked in many different settings with individuals and families who have a variety of concerns. Throughout my years as a clinician, my experience has taught me that the most important aspect of counseling by far is the connection, rapport, and comfort you feel with the person you choose to share your most vulnerable thoughts. My passion has ignited me to provide therapy to the community.  

With having a myriad of professional experiences of over 10 years in the social services field, I have been equipped with a unique set of skills, a wealth of knowledge, and clinical expertise to aid others in developing life-long wellness. My approach to therapy is making sure you are comfortable with expressing your feelings and emotions by using various treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy to reach an end goal of success and healing.  

It can be hard to open up to a person who is a stranger but it can be very rewarding to build a bond with someone who listens to you and validates you as well as provides insight, options, and moral support as you begin the road to wholeness again. During your journey, I can collaborate with you to identify your strengths, concerns, and goals leading to overall success.
